On Thursday, Paul made the announcement by posting a photo to his official Instagram account where he held his signed contract while standing happily next to Stephanie MacMahon, WWE’s interim CEO, as well as Paul Levesque, WWE executive vice president for global talent strategy and development.

According to ESPN, who first obtained information regarding the contract, Paul will jump in the ring for several WWE premium live events, as well as making TV appearances as needed.

Paul joined WWE superstar Sami Zayn in the ring during WrestleMania 37 in 2021, and made his official in-ring debut at WrestleMania 38 this year when he tag-teamed with The Miz vs. Rey Mysterio as well as his son, Dominik Mysterio. These events served as a sort of audition for Paul to test his wrestling and showmanship chops. In June of 2021, Paul showed the world he could help bring in pay-per view orders when he went toe-to-toe with boxing champion Floyd “Money” Mayweather.

Paul is rumored to be making his first major post-signing appearance at Summerslam in Nashville on July 30th.

Logan isn’t the only Paul to be putting on a show in the near future. His brother, Jake Paul, has continued to put on boxing exhibitions himself and through his company MVP Promotions. In December of 2021, the younger Paul brother won his second bout with former UFC champion Tyron Woodley by means of TKO. That marked the second time in the same year Paul had bested the former MMA fighter.

As of now, Jake Paul is set to fight British boxer Tommy Fury (who backed out of the proposed December fight due to medical conditions, forcing Woodley to sub in last minute) on August 6th at Madison Square Garden. Due to issues with his Visa, Fury is once again putting the possibility of the fight in jeopardy, causing many to wonder whether he’ll back out again or if Paul will travel to England to face Fury on his home turf.
