Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams shoved some kind of camera or sound technician to the ground as he exited the field following the Raiders’ loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

As you can see in the video below as Adams is about to enter the tunnel to leave the field a sound or camera technician appears to cross his path and he reacts by shoving him that sends the man careening backwards and on to the ground.

After shoving him to the ground, Adams just walks right past him and does not appear to offer him any assistance. A field security member does help the man get up off the ground.

In his post game press conference Adams apologized to the man saying, “Before I answer anything else I want to apologize to the guy, some guy running off the field, and he ran and jumped in front of me coming off the field and I bumped into him and kind of pushed him and he ended up on the ground.”

“So I want to say sorry to him for that because that was just frustration mixed with him running and literally just running in front of me and that was — shouldn’t have responded that way. But that’s how I initially responded so I want to apologize to him for that.”

Adams also apologized on Twitter writing, “Sorry to the guy I pushed over after the game. Obviously very frustrated at the way the game ended and when he ran infront of me as I exited that was my reaction and I felt horrible immediately. Thats not me..MY APOLOGIES man hope you see this.”

Despite the apology, TMZ Sports reports the man filed a police report against Adams and claims that he was injured and went to the hospital after Adams shoved him and he fell to the ground.

The outlet did note that authorities informed that they “will coordinate with the applicable city or state prosecutor to determine any applicable charges.”

That frustration stemmed from a one point loss to the Chiefs and the fact that Adams’ teammate Hunter Renfrow collided with him on a 4th & 1 play with 45 seconds left in the game.

Following the play, Adams was seen slamming his helmet down into the turf.

On top of any possible criminal charges, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero also reports he could face disciplinary action from the NFL.

Pelissero tweeted, “Raiders WR Davante Adams is facing NFL discipline — and potentially even a suspension — for shoving a man to the ground after Monday night’s loss to the Chiefs, per sources.”

He added, “The league is reviewing the situation. Adams apologized through the media and again on Twitter.”

The Raiders fell to the Chiefs 30 to 29. Adams led the Raiders with three receptions for 124 yards and two touchdowns. The loss makes the Raiders 1-4 on the season with three of the losses coming on the road.

All of their losses have been by one score. In week 1 they lost to the Chargers 24-19. In Week 2 they fell to the Cardinals in overtime 29-23, Next, they lost to the Titans 24-22. Their lone win came against the Broncos 32-23. Their next match is against the Texans on October 23rd.

What do you make of Adams’ apology? What about the man filing a police report against him?
