If you follow the world of combat sports on Twitter, without a doubt you probably got a little more than you were expecting scrolling through your feed over the weekend after influencer boxer Daniella Hemsley decided to lift her top off and flash the crowd after clinching her victory in the ring over fellow influencer Ms. Danielka. Well, now that stunt may have possibly negatively impacted her future with her promoter, Kingpyn Boxing.
After losing her debut fight earlier this year against Jully Poca, Hemsley was determined to make a comeback, this time taking on Aleksandra Daniel, aka “Ms. Danielka.” After achieving just that, Hemsley took things a step further and caused a stir that brought attention to her match alright, but not about the fight itself.
After being announced the unanimous winner, the 22-year-old pulled up her sports bra and proceeded to flash the cameras and the entire crowd.
Was this an intentional act or momentary lapse in judgement? In my objective opinion as someone who saw the clip, by the way she behaves during that moment it does not appear as if she didn’t know exactly what she was doing. Hemsley, however, stated later that this was not an intentional act.
“I’m in the dressing room before my fight,” Hemsley said in a post-fight video posted to her YouTube channel. “I’m sticking up, guys. Like, I actually had flame nipple stickers. I’ll insert them right here [shows image] that I intended to wear. Before my post-fight celebration, I was only gonna pull my top up if I won. With my flames, you know, because ‘girl on fire’ sorts of vibes. I won my fight, I pull my top up and the stickers got stuck in my bra so the whole world saw my tits. My tits were out to everyone. I mean, I’m sure most of you aren’t complaining.”
While boxing fans who tuned in and the swarms of social media users may have celebrated her “victory dance,” the guys at Kingpyn were pretty much the opposite.

“As we strive to bring fans the best influencer boxing events possible, we accept that Saturday’s post fight incident may have offended some viewers and appreciate that this incident didn’t meet the standards expected from Kingpyn fight nights,” said the official statement which was posted to Twitter.
“We [apologize] fully to anyone upset during the broadcast,” it continued. “The fighter involved in the incident will not be appearing in the final event and has decided to take some time away from boxing. We will now be turning our attention to Kingpyn Finals, with all of us more determined than ever to hold the greatest night of influencer boxing and showcase the very best of the sport we all love.”
The full fight posted to YouTube by Kingpyn obviously has edited out Hemsley’s “wardrobe malfunction,” but it only took the internet 3-seconds after the incident occurred for the clip to go viral.
While Hemsley does admit she needed to take time off to recover from some injuries, she wanted to emphasize that it wasn’t because Kingpyn banned her.
“After my fight, I came out, got into the medical room and I’m being checked out by the doctor,” said Hemsley. “He’s doing the eye checks, the everything checks, and he’s taking my wraps off on my hand and I said to him, ‘I think I’ve broken my thumb.’ I literally even know I can like barely move it and I think I’ve also broken my elbow. I still need to get it scanned but I’ve been so lazy but I literally can’t straighten it.”
She continued saying that “I’m not banned from Kingpyn, guys. I have simply decided to take a few weeks off from training, to recover, to recover my body and I plan on coming back fighting again hopefully in the winter.”
