Fans of the Cavinder twins – Haley and Hanna – got some good news this past week. The two have been working out. Pretty intensely. As a result, they’ve achieved some significant “glute growth.”

Thankfully, they wanted to share that body transformation with their fans. Thank you, girls. Very much.

Haley and Hanna showcased a striking six-month body transformation in a recent Instagram post, crediting a shift to “training with purpose” and increased nutrition for their results. The former University of Miami basketball stars and prominent TikTok influencers shared side-by-side bikini photos highlighting the before-and-after changes to their physiques.

It’s been nothing short of glorious.

Cavinder Twins Reveal Impressive Glute Growth After Six Months of Purposeful Training

The 25-year-old twins, who rose to fame as top NIL earners during their college careers—including helping the Miami Hurricanes reach the Elite Eight in 2023—explained that they previously chased a “skinny” look through under-eating and over-training. That approach left them with stalled progress, low energy, and minimal muscle growth, particularly in their glutes.

Which, is there any more important area to work on, really?

“We used to chase skinny. Which meant under-eating, over-training, and wondering why nothing ever grew, especially our glutes,” they captioned the images. “For years, we thought less food = better results. In reality, it just meant stalled progress, low energy, and bodies that couldn’t change.”

They then listed four key points to their new workout routine.

“Once we started eating enough, following intentional macros, and training with purpose, that’s when our bodies actually changed,” the girls told their fans. “Glute growth doesn’t come from starving yourself. It comes from fueling muscle, recovering properly, and trusting the process.”

And everybody loves glute growth. I believe it was the great Sir Mix-a-Lot who once said, “I like glute growth, and I cannot lie.”

Or something.

The reveal comes amid personal milestones for the twins: Haley Cavinder, engaged to Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson since April 2025, has referenced a “bridal bootcamp” in recent content to prepare for her upcoming wedding.

Having previously made headlines for their runway appearance at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show during Miami Swim Week in 2024, the Cavinders continue to leverage their platform to inspire followers.

Neither Haley nor her twin sister Hanna is struggling in the looks department. GQ once questioned whether the Cavinder Twins have achieved extreme social media success because of their looks. Ya think?

And yet, Haley has revealed that once news of her relationship with Ferguson went public, negative comments began to roll in.

Haley told fans that the nasty comments about her appearance brought her to a dark place.

“I’m a confident girl, but when people are saying stuff about you — if you have a boyfriend and someone is talking about you online with your boyfriend … like coming at your features. I’m like, ‘This is new,’” she explained.

The Cavinder Twins are social media sensations who have parlayed their online success into NIL deals under the NCAA’s new Name, Image, & Likeness (NIL) rules.

They helped Miami reach the Elite Eight in the 2023 NCAA tournament. Hanna and Haley’s NIL deals have earned the pair a pretty penny ($1.6 million annually, according to one report).

Their bank accounts are growing just as much as their glutes, it seems.
