The punchlines tend to write themselves when you’re a 72-year-old man dating a 24-year-old cheerleader. Especially when you’re Bill Belichick, the most accomplished head coach in NFL history.
And there have been plenty of jokes. Now, even Saturday Night Live is getting in on the act.
SNL’s “Weekend Update” co-anchor Michael Che, fresh off the sketch comedy’s recent 50th anniversary special – (That’s more than twice the age of Jordon Hudson, by the way) – delivered a line to remember.
“Last week, a U.S. appeals court blocked a Biden-era student debt relief plan,” Che said. “Which means the only way for young people to pay off their student loans is by dating Bill Belichick.”
The line elicited laughter from the crowd and even caused Che to pause before moving on to the next joke.

Bill Belichick And Jordon Hudson – North Carolina’s Power Couple
Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson have been the subject of quite a few jokes lately, and honestly, they’re taking all of the attention to their relationship in stride.
Snoop Dogg hosted the 14th annual NFL Honors last month and poked fun at North Carolina’s hottest couple.
“I’ve been a football fan for a long, long time. I mean, I remember back when the Cowboys was good. I remember back when the Chiefs was bad,” Snoop joked.
Legendary quarterback Tom Brady, who won six of his seven Super Bowl rings with Belichick, took part in a satirical interview show known as Sundae Conversation with Caleb Pressley. When the hosts cracked a joke about him having to rent a car for Hudson, Brady couldn’t hold back the laughter.
“If Bill Belichick’s girlfriend needed it, would you rent a car for her?” Pressley asked. After letting it sink in that the age to rent a vehicle is 25, Brady lost it.
“I don’t want any liability,” he replied.

Heading To Hard Knocks
Perhaps one of the biggest reasons these Bill Belichick jokes land so well is that the man kept himself hidden under a hood and mumbled nonsense to the media for years when he was coaching the New England Patriots.
Now, he’s a social media sensation, robbing the cradle and living his best life.
Belichick was recently hired as the head football coach at the University of North Carolina, marking his first venture into college football. He signed a five-year deal with UNC.
His team will be featured on Hard Knocks: Offseason.
The series will follow the coach and the Tar Heels as they navigate recruiting and offseason challenges, offering fans a rare glimpse into the coaching icon’s latest chapter.
Watching Belichick on the recruitment trail will be a thing of beauty. Does he bring Jordon along to help pitch the team to some 5-star recruits?
