Bill Belichick, in his third game as North Carolina’s head football coach, led the Tar Heels to a dominant 41-6 home victory over Richmond this past Saturday. Few were happier about the outcome than his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.
Hudson was all smiles on the sideline, beaming with support during what marked UNC’s first home win of the season. They toppled the Spiders with an all-around team performance, 41-6.
It was in stark contrast to the mood on the sidelines for the Tar Heels after their season-opening contest against TCU, where they were thoroughly outplayed en route to a 48-14 shellacking.
It’s all rainbows and unicorns now, two weeks later. And why not? UNC is now 2-1 on the season, and Jordon, whose boyfriend just signed a 5-year, $50 million contract to coach the team, is feeling it.

Better than last week’s game for Jordon Hudson
Suffice it to say, Hudson was clearly enjoying herself much more than she did during Belichick’s first game, a brutal loss to TCU.
The gruff coach was mocked by TCU Horned Frogs safety Bud Clark after the game, suggesting Bill “gotta call for his girlfriend” because “he sad.”
And it was undoubtedly a better atmosphere for Jordan than the next game against the Charlotte 49ers. There, the stadium’s video crew decided to troll Hudson in epic fashion.
They broke out a “Gold Digger Cam” on the jumbotron.
Hudson, a former Miss Maine finalist and entrepreneur, has been in the spotlight since her relationship with the legendary eight-time Super Bowl champion coach became public earlier this year.

Bill Belichick all smiles Too
While Jordon Hudson was all smiles, Belichick had to be pleased with his team’s performance as well. Even if it was only the Richmond Spiders they trounced.
“Offensively, we made a couple big plays, scored some points,” Belichick said after the game. “And defensively, the goal line stand was a big, big, big series for us. And they turned the ball over and we scored on defense.”
“So it was overall a good, good, solid effort. But, there are certainly a lot of things we can still work on and do better.”
Last week, Jordon Hudson’s attempts to cash in on her boo’s name suffered a bit of a blow when his company, with her as CEO, had its trademark application for phrases he made popular while building a dynasty in New England rejected.
No matter, the couple is now riding high again despite all the haters.
