LPGA golfer Charley Hull went viral last month when a video captured her channeling her inner John Daly by smoking a cigarette while signing autographs for her fans.

It clearly had an impact on her followers.

During the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship this past weekend, Hull was asked to sign a fan’s cigarette. Yes, a cigarette.

“Can you sign my dart?” a man asks.

“I don’t know how I’m gonna do that,” she told the fan in yet another viral moment. “I’m just gonna put C.H.”

He replied, “Oh, you’re the best. Charlie, thank you!”

Charley Hull – Woman Of The People

Charley Hull made waves during the US Women’s Open at Lancaster Country Club while signing autographs and ripping a dart.

The moment, captured and shared across social media, drew comparisons to PGA legend John Daly, known for his laid-back demeanor and penchant for smoking on the course.

Hull finished tied for 19th in the US Women’s Open. On Sunday, she finished in a tie for 16th at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

She has improved her standing on the leaderboard in each of the last three LPGA tournaments.

Hull is currently ranked 8th in the world. But she’s number 1 in our hearts.

Hull Said She’s Received Flirty Messages

After becoming a viral sensation for the first cigarette video, Charley Hull said that fans had begun flirting with her on the golf course.

“It’s been crazy, like, the fans have been shouting my name this week. Someone said I’ve dropped something and handed their phone number in my hand, on a piece of paper in my hand. And I thought it was so funny.”

In another hilarious turn of events, Hull said she actually took up smoking in order to quit vaping. Usually, it’s the other way around!

“I was a bit stressed last year and I just kind of vaped. And I wanted to stop vaping, and even though smoking is not better than vaping, it’s just you can vape indoors all the time,” she said.

“I thought if I smoke, I’m going to go outside and smoke a cigarette.”

What an absolute legend.
