Sydney Sweeney, star of the upcoming biopic Christy, attended Game 4 of the World Series at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday night. If you didn’t see her there, you’ll have some regrets.

The blonde bombshell was cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers against the Toronto Blue Jays and sporting a Shohei Ohtani jersey, cutoff denim shorts, and pointy black cowboy boots.

Sweeney shared an Instagram carousel featuring snapshots from the event, including sultry photos with her co-star in Anyone But You, Kaylee McGregor. The two were downing a pair of hot dogs.

“Just a couple of Dodger dogs,” she captioned the images.

And, my God. The scene almost makes you forget that the Dodgers got trounced in this game.

Sydney Sweeney … Oscar winner?

Sydney Sweeney is generating significant Oscar buzz for her transformative performance as pioneering female boxer Christy Martin in the upcoming movie, Christy, set for release on November 7th.

The film, which chronicles Martin’s rise in the male-dominated world of boxing during the 1990s, has been testing exceptionally well with audiences.

TMZ describes Sweeney as potentially “punching her way to her first Academy Award.”

According to the gossip website, the studio responsible for Christy has tested it with audiences, and the results were “through the roof.”

“We’re told folks who have seen Sydney in “Christy” are thinking this may be her chance to possibly take home an Oscar,” they write.

The controversy

Sydney Sweeney’s other skills outside of acting include videos she’s posted restoring her own Ford Bronco and showcasing her “water surfing” skills to fans.

Now, she can just house Dodger dogs. Hopefully, she had a nice cold drink to help wash it down. We wouldn’t want her to get thirsty or anything.

Sweeney, who is a bombshell by most measures, hasn’t been without completely unwarranted controversy of late. She dared to star in a commercial wearing form-fitting pants, a loosely buttoned shirt, and looking good while talking about her “great jeans.”

Online Karens were simply verklempt over the sight.

While most people saw that ad and thought, ‘Hey, cool, a hot chick,’ online scolds went apoplectic, suggesting it was a coded message of “white supremacy” and a thinly-veiled attempt at “eugenics propaganda.”

Because that’s what people living in their basements do. They’re weird. They can’t stand the thought of beautiful women. And they’re relentlessly insufferable people.

Thankfully, Sydney Sweeney provides us with the incredible palette cleanser from time to time through her amazing photos.
