With the 2023 season only over for a week, outspoken racing star Bubba Wallace posts sounds as if he’s ready to start 2024 right now
Just one week after the season has ended, Bubba Wallace is ready to jump behind the week again in the NASCAR Cup Series. The 30-year-old is coming off a 2023 where he had ten top-10 finishes.
Bubba Wallace had an interesting year. While he uncharacteristically didn’t win a race all season, he was able to make the playoffs and then battle his way through to the Round of 12.
Growing up in Concord, North Carolina – just 30 minutes away from Charlotte Motor Speedway – Bubba Wallace has basically had racing in his blood his entire life. he achieved significant notoriety in 2021 when he became only the second Black driver in NASCAR history to win a Cup race,
He’s not only skilled on the track, he’s also done well off of it, landing several endorsement deals over the course of his young career. As of the latest available information, his estimated net worth stands at around $3.5 million. Additionally, he reportedly earns an annual salary of approximately $2.2 million.
Now, it appears the NASCAR star is ready to earn more wins and money, and apparently, the new season can’t get here fast enough for him.
“Damn, starting to miss it already,” Bubba Wallace tweeted.
Wallace had five top-5 finishes, ten top-10 finishes and he should have a ton of confidence moving forward. He will return to 23XI Racing in 2024, driving the No. 23 Toyota Camry, with his main sponsor being McDonald’s. He also drives part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 1 Toyota Tundra for Tricon Garage
