Well, it looks like Bubba Wallace has crossed the finish line of a very different race—fatherhood! The NASCAR driver and his wife Amanda welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Becks Hayden, on Sunday. Wallace took to social media to share the exciting news, and let’s just say, things have shifted gears in the Wallace household!

Back in April, Bubba and Amanda announced they were expecting, and in true NASCAR fashion, the months flew by faster than a pit stop.
While Bubba is known for his calm demeanor (heavy on the sarcasm) on the racetrack, he admitted that fatherhood had him feeling a bit different as the big day approached.
During an August episode of The Dale Jr. Download, Bubba chatted with fellow racing legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. about how he was handling the transition into dad mode. “I’ve been super calm, cool, and collected about it,” Wallace said, which is probably how most dads feel…until they realize the baby is coming now.
But, Amanda? Well, she’s been riding her own rollercoaster of emotions, like any first-time mom would.

“She loves it. She thinks it’s the coolest thing ever,” Bubba said of Amanda experiencing their little one’s kicks. But then came the oh-so-relatable worry of impending labor. “She’s overthinking everything!” Bubba joked.
Bubba may have kept his cool during the pregnancy, but we’re betting he’s more than excited now that Becks is here. While Bubba has been zooming around the NASCAR track with his 23XI Racing team, his home track just got a little busier.
As for Amanda, well, she’s no stranger to throwing a party. The couple tied the knot on New Year’s Eve 2022 in a fabulous celebration that flipped from formal to festive as the night progressed.

Now with a new baby and a fresh contract extension with 23XI Racing, Wallace’s life has shifted into high gear. But even with all the excitement on and off the track, we’re guessing nothing compares to the joy of welcoming little Becks into the world.
We can’t wait to see how Bubba and Amanda navigate this new journey—hopefully with fewer pit stops and plenty of diapers in the trunk! Congratulations to the happy family!
