Caleb Williams is a highly skilled quarterback known for his exceptional athleticism, arm strength, and ability to extend plays with his legs.

Let’s just all be glad he doesn’t have to rely on his voice to carry his team to victory on the field.

Williams’ Chicago Bears teammates absolutely torched the first-overall pick in the NFL Draft when he tried to perform a John Legend song during a rookie karaoke performance.

The hilarious hazing scene unfolded on the premiere of HBO’s reality sports documentary television series Hard Knocks.

It took all of one line from the song “Ordinary People” for the boos to come raining down, objects hurled in the direction of the rookie QB.

Caleb Williams Can’t Sing, What About Theo Benedet?

That’s a tough crowd right there.

While it’s clear Caleb Williams can’t carry a tune, Bears rookie guard Theo Benedet showed off his wares – almost quite literally.

Benedet stole the show at rookie karaoke, not because his singing voice was any better, but because of the theatrics he added to spice up the performance. He tore off his shirt while performing “God Bless the USA” by Lee Greenwood.

But it didn’t stop there.

Benedet then tore away his sweatpants revealing a speedo featuring a bald eagle.

Nick Saban: ‘Almost Impossible For Williams To Meet Expectations’

Have you finished bleaching your eyes after that performance? Ye gads, man.

Also making an appearance during the premier of Hard Knocks was legendary college football coach, Nick Saban. The former Crimson Tide coach had some words of levity about Caleb Williams and the expectations he’s up against.

“Here’s my theory on why NFL quarterbacks fail at such a dramatic rate,” Saban said. “To me, expectations are a killer.”

“This kid you’ve got — this kid’s got so much media, so much hype, so much expectation on doing well. And he has to develop so quickly to meet the expectations everybody has for him,” he added. “It’s almost impossible.”

Add to that, the poor guy is supposed to lead the dreadful Bears!

In his first season with USC in 2022, Williams led the Trojans to an 11-2 record and won the prestigious Heisman Trophy, becoming the seventh USC player to win the award and the first since Matt Leinart in 2004.

Will his first year in Chicago be as fruitful?
