Linebacker Von Miller recently answered questions regarding his November 30th arrest and denied any allegations of misconduct
Von Miller talked with the media on Thursday and discussed his recent arrest and the allegations of domestic violence that have come along with it. The two-time Super Bowl champion was quick to sharply defend himself, stating that the charges were completely false.

A Messy Situation For Miller
Von Miller, now in his 13th year in the NFL, has always had a mostly jovial reputation away from the field. So, it was a bit of a shocker to fans when they heard about the incident involving the Bills defender. For his part, Miller says he has representatives working on the matter, and that he will eventually be exonerated.
“It’s overblown. I’ve got the right people on the job,” he said. “I know who I am. I know my character. I know the type of person that I am. I know me and my girlfriend’s relationship.”
Miller, 34, faces a charge of third-degree felony assault of a pregnant woman. If he’s convicted on the charges, he faces up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He and the woman have been in a relationship for over seven years.

No History Of Domestic Violence For The Defensive Star
Von Miller’s only previous legal issues stem from traffic charges in Colorado in 2013, and a case in Florida where he was cited for fishing illegally. Neither he nor the female in question has had a domestic violence call during the relationship until now. As Miller made a case for himself, he pointed out that his past isn’t all that checkered.
He told reporters that he and his girlfriend “have problems just like any couple does” but denied that he had been abusive towards her.
“All of it is incorrect,” Von Miller said. “You know, it’s not a funny situation, but all of it is incorrect and all of it is untrue. The only thing that is true (in the report) is we do have a third son on the way.”
