Like a protective parent, former quarterback Cam Newton says he disapproves of his old New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick dating a 24-year-old.
Newton crossed paths with another ex-Patriots quarterback, Mac Jones, on the red carpet of the ESPY Awards where the two were cracking up over Belichick’s new girlfriend.
“I have to ask this, former coach, his dating choice right now. What are we doing? Do we approve?” Newton approached Jones, prompting laughter between the two.
“I need your opinion first,” Jones replied.
Newton didn’t hesitate.
“I’m like, no, I don’t approve. I am not even going to lie, but just to see him doing what he’s doing is like,” he said before giving a shocked expression.

Bill Belichick’s Young Girlfriend
As Bounding Into Sports reported previously, Bill Belichick is dating a 24-year-old former cheerleader named Jordon Hudson.
The former Patriots coach and ‘playah’ even signed her ‘Deductive Logic’ textbook from school the first time they met, and casually dropped in a listing of every Lombardi Trophy he ever won with the Patriots: “36, 38, 39, 49, 51, and 53.”
Not exactly a subtle flex.
“Jordon,” the message reads. “Thanks for giving me a course on logic! Safe travels!”
They apparently moved on from logic shortly thereafter, to chemistry and, perhaps biology and/or anatomy.
And while Newton does not approve of the relationship, Jones kind of gave it a ‘You gotta admire the guy’ type of response.
“Hey bro, good for him, right?” Jones said. “It is what it is.”
What Else Is He Up To?
When Bill Belichick isn’t taking women 48 years younger than him on dates and getting caught running out of their houses shirtless, he is exploring new career opportunities.
He recently joined the cast of Inside the NFL on The CW network for the 2024 season.
He will join host and Super Bowl-winning safety Ryan Clark, Pro Bowl wide receiver Chad Johnson, and two-time Super Bowl-winning defensive end Chris Long on the weekly program.
And then he’ll go home after a long day at work and be greeted by his 24-year-old girlfriend. Whether Cam approves or not.
