Country singing legend Dolly Parton went viral over the weekend by donning the garb of the most famous cheerleaders in the world

The Cowboys threw a blast of offense at the Washington Commanders on Thanksgiving Day, flooring their NFC East rival with a 45-10 victory, But the biggest knockout of the day was country music legend, Dolly Parton, who took halftime by storm by rocking a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders outfit.

Parton, 77, performed one of her signature songs, ‘Jolene’ and ‘9 to 5’, and also did a mash-up medley of the Queen songs ‘We Are The Champions’ and ‘We Will Rock You’ for the crowd at AT&T Stadium. Still a blonde bombshell, she pulled off her performance in much the same way she has for over 50 years, leaving the audience cheering in approval.

Always known for her charity work, Dolly Parton’s appearance was part of her effort to raise money for The Salvation Army to benefit less fortunate families at Christmas.

Dolly’s new album Rockstar, debuted 0n November 17th, so it nicely coincided with her efforts in making fans know about the importance of The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle – especially at this time of year.

“Those Red Kettles have long been a symbol of hope for our friends and neighbors who are facing hard times,” Dolly Parton stated. “My goal is to encourage everyone who can to donate and support their neighbors in need. Every small act of generosity helps, and together, we can all love our neighbors this holiday season and beyond.”

Dolly Parton has charted 25 Number One songs (a record for a female country artist), 41 Top 10 country albums (a record for any artist), and has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making her one of the best-selling female country artists in history. And she certainly gave us all something to be thankful for last week.
