Driving in big cities can really suck. You can get lost. The signs might be confusing. You can take a wrong turn and waste a lot of time.
That last one is what apparently just happened to new Houston Texans receiver Stefon Diggs.
Diggs was recently picked up by the Houston Texans in a trade with the Buffalo Bills. No doubt, Houston fans are excited to have Diggs on board.
But one thing is for sure: Diggs is not thrilled at how confusing it is to drive around Houston.
Diggs Takes a Wrong Turn
He apparently missed an exit. This added a big chunk of time to his trip.
Who among us hasn’t been there?
Houston in particular can be a tricky city to drive in. As one X User shared:
Houston can be a particularly tough city to navigate. Especially if you are new to town. Especially if you come from a smaller town.
According to at least one study, Houston has the 25th worst traffic in the country. That seems a little bit better than reality, no?
But if you’d like to see just how bad it can get, pop over to Houston Transtar at various points in the day. You won’t be disappointed!
Diggs did not go into detail about what exactly happened, but let’s just say it was a learning experience.
Diggs Says Goodbye to Buffalo
After Diggs got traded to Houston, he sent a heartfelt message to his Buffalo fans.
“I can’t begin to express the amount of love and respect I have for the city of Buffalo. Four of the best years of my life, the city welcomed me with open arms. I’m forever grateful for you all and the [Bills] organization!,” Diggs wrote on Instagram. “Something special was built over these years with some very special men, that will always have a place in my heart. Billsmafia, so many great memories created throughout the years. Those games were crazy because of you. Sadly good things come to an end until we meet again. 14.”
