Mother’s Day is coming. And what better gift than to allow them an outlet for their frustration after a rough year of momming?
Especially those Moms of kids who play sports – soccer, baseball … football?
Some peewee-level coaches decided to do just that in a fun practice exercise that saw the kids in full gear running towards their Mom on the field.
And man, these mothers were all ready for it. These sweet, nurturing women, who carried their babies for nine months and raised them into nice little boys … absolutely obliterate their offspring.
Tackle after tackle was captured in a video that has now gone viral on social media.

Moms Taking Out Their Football Sons
The video was picked up by ‘Football is Life’ on X, a group that lays claim to posting “the greatest moments of America’s game.”
Followers clearly felt this was a great moment.
As of this posting, the video of Moms tackling their sons has been viewed over 3 million times. And reactions to the video were terrific.
“It is very telling that half of these tackles would be illegal in the NFL,” one follower responded. “Go Moms!”
“Moms ain’t playing around,” another added, along with a GIF of a bodybuilding woman getting her flex on.
Several of the comments were directed at the last mom in the video who lifted her kid high into the air for a powerbomb.
“The last mom wasn’t going out like that,” reads one comment.
Former NFL quarterback Jim Everett responded to the football moms’ video by posting a picture of a scowling Jack Lambert missing a pair of chiclets with the caption, “Mom?”

Get That Aggression Out
This is so great. How many of those moms tackle their sons and then immediately turn around and smile or even laugh? Gotta give it up for them.
Moms who support their sons in their football endeavors are true champions themselves. They provide unwavering encouragement and a loving foundation for their children to pursue their dreams.
The dedication and commitment of football-supporting moms are invaluable. They cheer from the sidelines, share in the victories, and help their sons learn from the losses, making them not just fans, but integral parts of their sons’ sports journeys.
And, ya know, if they want to take out their day once in a while by jacking up their kid at the line, who are we to say no?
