The people’s struggle is a hard battle, but in our white, patriarchal, capitalist society, some of us need to carry the burden of a $20 million net worth so that the rest of us working class can fight for the privilege of standing in breadlines. Comrade Colin Kaepernick is once again reminding us of his sacrifice, this time doing a big marketing campaign with Nike while also teasing a potential return to the NFL, the same people he called slave traders. I guess this is some 3-D chess move; Colin must make six figures and drive sports cars so the proletariats can run? Who even knows.
