Angel Reese announced a new endorsement deal Wednesday. And she’s calling the company she is teaming up with the “perfect” match.

It seems pretty easy to figure out why.

The Chicago Sky rookie announced the new partnership with a candy company. And you’re never going to guess which one it is. Or maybe you will.

Reese is teaming up with Reese’s. Angel will serve as a brand ambassador for the company and is launching her own line of Reese’s Pieces-inspired clothing.

Her website on Wednesday launched eight such products with a video in which she and the candies are described as “unapologetically sweet.”

“I’ve learned so much about the business side of things and how to be strategic with my brand partners,” Reese said in a statement. “It’s about aligning with brands that reflect who I am on and off the court, and Reese’s is a perfect example of that.”

Reese began her WNBA career as a foil and villain to Caitlin Clark. Can she pull of a “face” turn and be unapologetically sweet?

Angel Reese Candy Company Endorsement

As far as the apparel goes, let’s hope they come up with better designs. The products currently being sold resemble something thrown together on Zazzle, a logo replicated on generic white t-shirts and hoodies.

With that, Angel Reese told fans to look out for two more merch drops with the candy company in the near future.

While the pairing is “perfect” and logical, it took a while and a decent amount of social media interaction from Angel Reese and her fans to get the attention of the Reese’s candy company.

The WNBA star went viral this past June when she introduced a pair of custom Reese’s Pieces sneakers by designer Marvin Baroota.

Endorsement Deals Galore

Angel Reese has been cashing in on numerous endorsement deals, recently entering into a significant partnership with Reebok, marking her as one of the brand’s key endorsers.

This collaboration led to the launch of the “Reebok by Angel” collection, featuring both footwear and apparel.

Beyond just apparel, Reese’s partnership with Reebok includes plans for her to be the face of a new performance basketball silhouette launching in 2025, with expectations of her own signature shoe line in the future.

The Sky forward also has endorsement deals with Beats By Dre and Goldman Sachs and will be featured in the WNBA version of the video game NBA 2K25.

This latest partnership with Reese’s may give her an edge over rival Caitlin Clark. Even if the Indiana Fever star grabs an endorsement with Clark Bars, the edge goes to Angel in tasty candy endorsements.
