Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is clearly saying his prayers and eating his vitamins, even as he enters his seventies, proving it by getting baptized alongside his better half.

The Hulkster and Skye performed a Swanton bomb off the top rope and dove headfirst into their faith. No, not literally.

The couple were fully submerged in water as part of the holy christening process. Hogan described the experience as the “greatest day of my life,” and it’s clear that this event has made a huge impact on the wrestling icon.

“Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life,” said in a post to his followers. “No worries, no hate, no judgment… only love!”

Hulk Hogan Baptized, Announces Dedication To Jesus

Hulk Hogan and his wife were both seen smiling as they were submerged in the water to be baptized. Hogan wore his trademark bandana and t-shirt – all in white – while sporting a silver cross chain around his neck.

The church celebrated the baptism on their own Instagram page saying, “God is doing amazing things.”

Then they said, ‘Whatcha gonna do, when the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ runs wild on you.’

No, I made that part up too. But it would have been pretty cool.

The man known as Hollywood Hogan affirmed his faith in Jesus Christ on social media in April, saying he’d actually been a practicing Christian since his early years.

“I accepted Christ as my savior at 14yrs old and the training, prayers and vitamins kept me in the game but now that I am one with God, the main event theme of surrender, service and love makes me the Real Main Event that can slam any giant of any size through the power of my Lord and Savior and so it is, even now brother, AMEN!” he wrote in an Easter post on X.

The Hulkster Will Continue Saying His Prayers

Now believe me, I love everything about this story. In a world where celebrities often make headlines for less-than-stellar reasons, it’s refreshing to see Hulk Hogan and his wife taking a step towards spiritual growth and personal development.

It’s a reminder that even the most powerful among us can find strength and solace in faith.

But, the wrestling mark inside of me, upon watching Hulk’s baptism video was kind of hoping Kane would emerge from the water.

You know, Edge and Lita wedding-style where the priest says, “by God, our father and our lord … JESUS CHRIST!” when he sees the Big Red Machine.

And maybe a tombstone on somebody for good measure.

The “immortal” Hulk Hogan, who began his in-ring career in 1977, recently told Sports Illustrated that if his body weren’t “all beat to hell” he’d love to face Randy Orton in a main event.
