The supermodel Gisele Bündchen and the former NFL star Tom Brady shocked the world in October of 2022 when they divorced after thirteen years of marriage and two children together. Now, Gisele is taking to social media to share a cryptic quote that many feel is a reference to her divorce.
Gisele’s Cryptic Post
Page Six reported that Gisele, 43, took to her Instagram Story on Monday to share a quote from the Brazilian writer Wandy Luz that began, “You look at a person and can’t imagine the story they carry—the pains, traumas, fears.”
“Just as we can’t even imagine how strong, capable, and resilient someone is, behind smiles and glances are achievements and victories; there are people and moments they overcome and dreams and desires to be achieved,” it added.
“There’s so much you’ll never know,” the quote concluded. “So, be kind whenever you can.”
Gisele Denies Cheating On Tom
This came one week after Gisele denied cheating on Tom, 46, with her current jiu-jitsu instructor boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
“That’s a lie,” she told the New York Times when asked about claims that she had an affair with Joaquim while she was still married to Tom.
“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,” Gisele continued. “They have to deal with their communities. They have to deal with their family. Of course for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified.”
Gisele went on to cryptically say that “no one really knows what happens between two people, only the two people in the relationship.”

Gisele Talks New Romance
Gisele also opened up a bit about her relationship with Joaquim.
“This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first,” she explained. “It’s very different. It is very honest, and it’s very transparent.”
Gisele had denied that she was dating Joaquim in April of last year.
“I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure that they’re going to try to attach me to anything,” she said at the time, according to Daily Mail. “He’s our teacher and, most importantly, he’s a person that I admire and that I trust. It’s so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy.”
Gisele And Joaquim Are ‘Taking It Slow’
Sources close to Gisele have claimed that she has been dating Joaquim since June of last year.
“They’re taking it slow,” a source told People Magazine last month. “They started out as great friends first. She’s very private about this and wanted to keep it quiet while they got to know each other.”
“They started out as friends,” a second insider added. “He was a huge comfort for Gisele while she went through her divorce. Their friendship turned romantic after the divorce.”
This source went on to gush about Joaquim, saying that he “is a great guy. He is down to earth, kind, and inspiring. Gisele was hesitant about dating after the divorce. It’s been very natural for her to date Joaquim.”
Unlike Gisele, Tom appears to have been staying quiet about their divorce as of late. He has also stayed mum about his ex-wife’s new romance with Joaquim.
