Former Auburn men’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl is making waves after the United States and Israel launched devastating preemptive strikes on Iran under “Operation Epic Fury.” The joint operation targeted Iranian military and missile sites following Tehran’s rejection of President Trump’s no-nukes ultimatum.
Pearl, a longtime supporter of Israel, took to X and Truth Social to praise Trump as the “leader of the free world” while labeling Iran the “head of the snake.”
Saudi Arabia has now joined the coalition after Iran’s reckless missile retaliation hit Israel and U.S. facilities. It proves once again that strength and resolve under Trump deter evil rather than appease it.

Free Iran: Bruce Pearl Backs Trump Strikes
In a passionate post prior to the military operation, the Jewish coaching legend called on the Lord for protection over U.S. forces and prayed explicitly for “a free Iran and then for real Peace in the Middle East.”
That appears to be happening as we speak. The Trump administration is actively urging the people of Iran to reclaim their government and embrace freedom from the hardliner rule.
Pearl reminded followers that Trump gave Iran every chance to avoid war by simply agreeing to no nukes, but the regime launched missiles at Israel and Arab neighbors instead.
As chairman of the U.S. Israel Education Association, Pearl has long advocated for American-Israeli cooperation, and his words echo a growing conservative consensus that defeating the Iranian regime is the path to lasting regional stability.
