Sydney Sweeney, star of the recent boxing biopic Christy, revealed to Sports Illustrated what concession stand item is her go-to, saying this particular snack “hits” her every time.
In a rapid-fire question-and-answer session, the Euphoria star told fans what she loves to down at games, what her favorite sports movies are, and even what sport she might like to try professionally.
“Best concession stand snack?” she was asked.
“I just had a Dodger Dog,” Sweeney replied. “They hit. They hit every time.”
As for favorite sports movie, the sultry blonde said it was a toss-up between Rocky and Million Dollar Baby, but refused to commit to either one.
Sydney Sweeney loves the Dodger Dog
Sydney Sweeny’s love of the Dodger Dog comes as no surprise. She was recently spotted at Game 4 of the World Series at Dodger Stadium, downing one and leaving fans wanting a taste of their own.
The blonde bombshell was cheering on the Dodgers against the Toronto Blue Jays, wearing a Shohei Ohtani jersey, cutoff denim shorts, and pointy black cowboy boots.
Sweeney shared an Instagram carousel featuring snapshots from the event, including sultry photos with her co-star in Anyone But You, Kaylee McGregor.
“Just a couple of Dodger dogs,” she captioned the images. And, my God.
And, despite telling Sports Illustrated that her two favorite sports are UFC and hockey, Sweeney was heating up the racetrack and getting everyone’s engines revving at the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race in November.

What sport will she play?
Satiating everybody’s curiosity, Sydney Sweeney also revealed what professional sport she thinks she could tackle. And to nobody’s surprise, having just played pioneering female boxer Christy Martin in a movie, she wants to get in the ring herself.
“If I went pro? I mean, honestly, let’s throw me in a ring,” she said.
That final thought isn’t as far-fetched as you might think. In an exclusive interview with Sportscasting, the stunning actress openly toyed with the possibility of taking up boxing after playing Martin. She notes that the intense training, as if she were a real boxer, got her hooked on the sport.
“There was a moment in the middle of filming where I was like, ‘Should I give it all up and fight because I love this?’” she told the outlet.
Sweeney has a not insignificant boxing legend backing her, too.
“Christy said she’d sign me up. So, this isn’t as hypothetical as you actually think it is. Yeah, I’d totally do a charity bout, that’d be so sick,” she said.
“Who would I fight? It’s a surprise. You’ll have to wait. I’m serious. You gotta stay tuned for the pay-per-view and you’ll see it,” Sweeney continued.
For her part, Martin, who trained with Sweeney and suggests she’d like to be the actress’s promoter, teased that she’s already been considering some opponents.
“I have some names that we can’t throw out yet.”
