Being a professional athlete is more than a full-time job. It’s a 24/7, 365 job to keep your body in tip-top shape.

This is more true for some sports than others. Less true for, say, golf. More true for football.

Someone like Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has to stay on top of his diet at all times. So it’s hilarious to discover that he has never in his life ever eaten a donut.

Until now!

Tyreek Hill Eats His First Donut

I am honestly flabbergasted by this. On an intellectual level I understand it. The Cheetah is in prime shape. Just look at the dude. He looks like a bodybuilder.

He probably lives on a diet of fish, chicken, and rice. Or whatever “healthy” people eat. You know just by looking at him that he doesn’t have a regular diet of donuts.

But to say a 30-year-old man has never in his life had a donut is crazy talk!

Nevertheless – that’s exactly what happened.

The way he does it is funny too. He gets the donut up close to his grill, takes a healthy sniff just to make sure, and then takes his first ever bite of a donut.

Now, just think of your reaction to a brand new fresh Krispy Kreme. Now, imagine the very first bite you ever took.

It probably didn’t look like this, because the story gets stranger.

It seems our man isn’t a fan of either chocolate or glaze – because he says it’s “kinda” good. But not “the first part.”

My friends, we live in strange times in a strange world.

Tyreek Lighting Up the NFL

To continue being the fastest man in the NFL, Tyreek Hill better stick to that one donut. Because his blazing speed pays so many dividends it’s not even funny.

If you can believe it, Tyreek turned in the 40 yard dash in under 4.3 seconds.

That kind of speed can hardly even be tamed, let alone covered. Which is why since coming into the league in 2016, Tyreek Hill has already racked up over 10,000 career receiving yards.

In just his last two seasons with the Dolphins, he’s hauled in passes for 3,509 yards and 20 touchdowns.

Interestingly, he’s probably “back on the market” in terms of his contract. In 2022, he signed a 4 year, $120 million contract with Miami – but that may already be outdated.

Thanks to Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson’s new 4 year, $140 million contract – with $110 million guaranteed – Tyreek may be getting on the phone with his agent soon.

As long as he stays away from the donuts, he should be in good shape!
