Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham, the 6-foot-1 WNBA blonde bombshell, has a dream—a dream to be strutting her stuff on the runway of the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

Cunningham revealed that dream on her latest “Show Me Something” podcast.

The 29-year-old has idolized the fashion show since second grade, with supermodel Candice Swanepoel as her favorite. Now, Cunningham has been inspired by Chicago Sky star Angel Reese‘s groundbreaking debut as the brand’s first pro athlete at last week’s New York runway event.

Caitlin Clark’s teammate says she promptly texted her agents to pursue a spot for her at the show.

“Oh my God, I texted my agents right away, and I was like, ‘Please — this has been a dream of mine since second grade. I’ve always wanted to be a Victoria’s Secret Angel,’” Cunningham said.

Sophie Cunningham says she has one problem

While praising Reese’s “stunning” performance at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, Cunningham quipped about her own fit for the iconic show. And she thinks she might need a little boost.

“But I don’t really have the boobs,” she said. “They’re going to really need a big push-up bra for me.”

Still, describing the show as her personal “Super Bowl,” Cunningham says she meets at least one physical requirement to walk the runway—height.

Height, yes. Legs that go for miles. Check.

Cunningham recently shared a lighthearted social media video of herself dancing in a bikini while wearing a leg brace as she continues to recover from a season-ending knee injury.

Praises Angel’s performance

Sophie Cunningham was all about Angel Reese’s debut at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. Reese made history as the first professional athlete angel.

“She killed it, absolutely killed it,” Cunningham said of Reese, saying she looked “stunning and beautiful.”

Angel wasn’t the only athlete on the runway at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. Gymnast Suni Lee was also taking part in the fun.

Sophie believes she might as well take advantage of her smoking hot looks while she can.

“Hey, I’m not going to look like this often, or very long, so I might as well just use it while I can!” she laughed.

“[The women of the league] are starting to kind of pop off a little bit about what we’re wearing, and people are turning heads, and it’s drawn a lot of attention.”

Sophie Cunningham is ‘popping off’ so much these days that a pro wrestling promotion co-owned by Los Angeles Lakers president Jeanie Buss and David McLane expressed strong interest in signing her.
