Things have gotten far beyond ugly between Logan Paul and his next opponent, Dillon Danis. Their upcoming fight is scheduled for Saturday, October 14, but there’s been speculation that it might not even go down. With all the controversy and legal issues that have led up to this bout, many observers (and Paul’s camp) think that there’s a good chance Danis might bail on the match-up. If so, backup fighter ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry has said he will be more than game to fill in and fight Paul.

The Logan Paul vs. Dillon Danis bout has been marred by controversy. Danis began to harass Paul’s girlfriend, model Nina Agdal, in order to get into his opponent’s head and basically talk trash. However, it went so far that Agdal eventually filed a restraining order against Danis, who has vowed to win the fight convincingly.

For his part, Logan Paul has said that he’s taking the fight very personally, based on the fact that Danis targeted Agdal.

“I don’t see him going past two rounds,” Paul told Sports Illustrated recently. “Yeah, I don’t think it’ll go past two rounds, but I’ll be honest, if I get in there and I’m piecing him up, and I see quickly his skill level, I’m gonna make him suffer for as long as I can
