Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic did his best thin-skinned LeBron James imitation and reportedly had a fan ejected from the arena for heckling him. And the final straw appears to be a taunt that Doncic appeared winded and needed to “get (his) ass on the treadmill.”

Luka Doncic Gets Fan Ejected For Suggesting An Exercise Routine

Listen, we as NBA fans can sometimes be a little harsh. There are times when fans should be ejected from the arena – if they are making violent threats, engaging in actions that are disrupting everybody else’s experience, etc.

This wasn’t one of those times. In fact, Doncic might want to consider changing his last name to Donkey. Get it? Because he was acting like a jackass? *Ahem* Anyway …

For the crime of shouting, “Luka, you’re tired! Get your ass on the treadmill!”, this happened:

Doncic, who was walking near midcourt, turned around and stared at the fan for a few seconds. As Doncic jogged back on defense, he waved toward the Mavs vice president of security, pointed at the fan and gestured that he wanted him ejected. Doncic approached the security chief on the court during the break between quarters, pointed at the fan again and requested for him to be ejected. The fan left without further incident after being approached by an arena staffer.

Maybe it’s not a treadmill, Luka Doncic needs. Maybe it’s one of those books on tape about how to maintain focus.

In the video of the incident, Doncic is completely out of the play mentally. He has zero interest in what is going on on the court. Get your head in the game, Bruh.

In the same quarter that the fan got under his skin, Doncic’s Mavs were outscored 43-20. That lack of focus turned a 1-point halftime lead for Dallas into a 22-point deficit by the time the 4th quarter started.

Hell, maybe the whole team needs to mix in a treadmill every now and again so they’re not run out of the gym.

Luka claims the ‘tired’ heckle wasn’t the only thing the fan was doing to prompt his motioning security over their way.

“He was cursing me the whole first half, too,” said Doncic, who contributed 34 points, 8 rebounds, and 9 assists in the loss. “Because I never would eject a fan. They paid for tickets, but I had enough. It’s a little bit of frustration.”

He was cursing you?! Oh, well then, by all means – This man had to go!

Just kidding. Cry more, Chief. This was a Mavericks home game. What are you going to do when you’re on the road in Brooklyn or Philadelphia, especially now that fans know you can’t handle light taunting?

Doncic also threw a little tantrum post-game, whining about the reporter who happened to ask a question about the incident.

“That wasn’t the only thing said, but I knew you would be the first one to put out something like that,” Doncic said. “It’s just funny. You always seem to be the first one to put [out] some bad stuff about me.”

The reporter, ESPN NBA writer Tim McMahon, was taken aback by Luka Doncic’s claim.

“Luka, first of all, 99% of the stuff I’ve written about you has been good. Second of all, the guy was sitting two rows behind us.”

Earlier this month, a Rabbi claimed that Mavericks Point Guard Kyrie Irving had security remove a sign they had expressing pride in being Jewish.

Fellas – A word of advice. Maybe focus on the basketball game you’re paid millions to play and let security deal with any fans that are actually causing a problem.

And then go get your ass on a treadmill. Maybe then you wouldn’t be barely hovering over the .500 mark.
