Suit Alleges Hill Broke “Plus-Sized Influencer’s” Leg In Backyard Football Practice
Tyreek Hill gets into hot water so often, maybe the Miami Dolphins’ All-Pro wide receiver should change his name to “The Jacuzzi.”
Last summer, police investigated Hill for assaulting a man at a Miami marina (Hill and the man settled the case). Three women also have accused him of fathering three children with each of them in a four-month time span, and last September, he declared he wanted to be a porn star after football, only to announce that he was “just kidding.”
Hill’s latest imbroglio comes from Instagram, TikTok, and Only Fans “influencer” Sophie Hall, who is suing Hill for breaking her leg during what was supposed to be a backyard football practice session last summer.
Hall Alleges Hill Charged Her With ‘Crushing Force’
Last June, Hill invited Hall to “hang” at his $7-million Miami mansion after discovering her online and refusing to believe that she was taller than him at her listed 6’1″. During the visit, Hill suggested some backyard football drills. According to Hall, the practice started friendly enough until she was able to knock him backward, “humiliating” him in front of his guests, she alleges.
At this point, Hall claims that he became very angry and charged her with “crushing force” on the next set of plays.
On the third play ‘Hill rushed through as Ms. Hall held her own against Mr. Hill,’ the lawsuit states. The blonde TikTok star didn’t fare so well on the fourth hit.
“Defendant Hill charged into her violently and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries,” the suit alleges.
“The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with metal hardware implantation.”
Hill ‘downplayed’ his friend’s injury, offering Hall ice and a bed to lay in, she goes on to claim.
But after being ‘in pain and agony’ for days she was diagnosed with a right leg fracture which required surgery, weekly physio sessions and still causes her persistent pain and weakness.
“Defendant Hill’s aggression towards Ms. Hall is consistent with his history of violent and aggressive behavior towards women,” the complaint adds, without elaborating.

The lawsuit further alleges that Hall’s leg injury was so severe that she required reconstructive surgery and months of physiotherapy. The formal charges of the suit include assault, battery, and negligence.
No Comment From Hill Camp So Far
It is important to remember that the only account available regarding the incident is Hall’s allegation in the lawsuit. Hill himself or his attorneys have not yet responded to the allegations. The Miami Dolphins also have not issued any comment to date. The lawsuit does not include any dollar amount that Hall is seeking in recompense for her injuries, but does demand a trial by jury.
Obviously, the plaintiff’s account of the events will put Hill in the worst light possible. However, some facts seem to be clear: Hill was messaging the model on her Instagram page and invited her to his home (the lawsuit includes screenshots of this communication); Hall did visit Hill’s mansion; they did engage in some football drills; and she did break her leg.
The lawsuit does mention witnesses to the event, including some of Hill’s family and his trainer. Beyond that, the court will have to determine what liability Hill may have and how much truth there is in the rest of the charges.
