The Tom Brady roast that aired on Netflix Sunday evening is the talk of the sports world. The seven-time Super Bowl champion was a good sport as celebrities and athletes roasted him for well over two hours.

Kevin Hart hosted the roast. Comedian Jeff Ross — a veteran of the roast circuit — did his thing.

At times, the roast was not politically correct. At other times, those roasting Brady bordered on being of bad taste.

One focus of the roast was on former New England Patriots tight end and convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez who committed suicide in jail back in 2017. Heck, the roast started with Ross wearing a blood-stained Hernandez jersey.

Even former Patriots teammate Julian Edelman got on the “fun.”

You can be the judge about whether that was in bad taste. It really is up to interpretation and whether you’re easily offended. But one person is not too happy.

Hernandez’s ex-fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, spoke with TMZ Sports one day after Brady’s roast. To say that she isn’t happy would be an understatement.

“It’s sad that I’m trying to raise my children in such a cruel world,” Jenkins said.

They have an 11-year-old daughter together. Jenkins notes that her daughter is now coming of age and will certainly be privy to the jokes that were made at her late father’s expense.
