Popular golf influencer, former professional golfer, and overall smokeshow, Paige Spiranac, just posted a golf tip video that proves she is very much back in the game. The game being incredibly sexy social media posts. Not golf, no. That’s secondary here, folks.
Paige, who has been away from the socials for a bit following some controversy, just dropped an Instagram video designed to help women with “great cans” improve their game.
Why is that so funny and not at all offensive? Because she’s leaning into recent news that some dude has been dropping a “great cans” response on literally every single one of her posts for years.
“Do you got some tig ol’ bitties and don’t know how to swing?” she asks viewers. (Yes, that is a quote, and yes, everything is spelled right—See what she did there?) “I’m here to help you.”
“Step one, move farther away (in your stance) to give you some space. Next, you want to tuck your right arm and lay your left arm on top of that mommy milker.”
Oh lord, you’re making us blush, Paige.
“Bombs away?” she concludes the segment.
Paige Spiranac Drops ‘How to Swing With Some Great Cans’ Video and Proves She’s Never Been More Back
This isn’t the first time Spiranac has offered some advice for that uniquely female (or extremely overweight male) problem. Back in 2024, she claimed TikTok was censoring her video on how to “golf with boobs.”
Boobs, cans—whatever works.
“I’m shadow-banned on TikTok all because of some little innocent cleavage,” she wrote in a separate X post before echoing, “Free the cleavage!”
Judging by this new video, it has been freed. ‘Merica!

She’s clearly not heeding her own advice in that last image. The left arm is not over anything. Glad the updated video is a more accurate portrayal of her advice.
Regardless, we’re glad she’s back. So back. So very, very back.

Spiranac had been gone for a spell, having reportedly experienced intense online harassment, including tens of thousands of death threats, following a cheating scandal in a golf influencer tournament late last year.
During that event, a Barstool Sports-sponsored golf tournament featuring 48 influencers competing for a $1 million prize, Paige Spiranac was caught on camera brushing down tall grass in the rough during the final match.
The move helped improve the lie for her teammate Malosi Togisala. Opponents were none too pleased. They didn’t care about her “great cans.”
Paige left social media for a while after that, citing online harassment over the incident and a lifetime of anxiety issues. She dismissed it as being in a bit of a “funk.”
