The Indianapolis Colts aren’t exactly having a season to remember. They’re 4-5 overall after losing their last two games to the Houston Texans and the Minnesota Vikings.

Not to mention, their season has been thrown into disarray with the recent benching of their quarterback.

And, while the Colts aren’t likely heading to the Super Bowl any time soon, one super-fan at least has a silver lining to celebrate.

Seth “Da Flow” Irskens has become a viral social media sensation after creating songs for his beloved team. One of his signature efforts can be seen below.

With the whirlwind of attention, he can now lay claim to being the Colts ‘Fan of the Year’.

What A Surprise For This Colts Fan

In an unbelievably heartwarming story, the Indianapolis Colts gifted their number-one fan with a surprise. Irskens was brought to the team facility for what he was told would be a podcast interview.

Instead, wide receivers Michael Pittman and Josh Downs walked in singing his song – “This is our Colts, this is our team, we bleed blue…”

The two NFL players gifted Irskens with a Colts jersey emblazoned with “FANOFTHEYEAR” across the back.

Better yet, they had two tickets to the Super Bowl for him.

“This has been a pretty wild, fun ride,” Irskens said, noting that his Mom and Dad would have been proud to see this. “All the cool stuff I’m taking in already.”

How great is this?

Quarterback Anthony Richardson Benched

While Irskens can now enjoy the big game, we know it’s highly unlikely that the Colts fan will be watching his own team take part.

The team benched signal-caller Anthony Richardson this week after he substituted himself out of a game against the Houston Texans because he was “tired.”

One team source said this was a “growth opportunity” for him and that the team is “not quitting on Anthony.”

The experiment didn’t exactly work. In their game against the Vikings, the Colts scored zero offensive touchdowns as backup Joe Flacco went 16 of 27 for 179 yards, zero touchdowns, and two turnovers.

Oh well, at least their super fan will be going to the Super Bowl.
