Brazilian fitness influencer and social media star, Larissa Borges, has died at 33 after a double cardiac arrest.

Borges’ family said in an Instagram post that she “fought courageously” and expressed their profound grief over her loss.
“The pain of losing someone so young, just 33 years old, and so kind, is overwhelming,” Borges’ family wrote. “Our hearts are broken, and the longing we will feel is indescribable.”

According to Brazilian media, Borges was hospitalized on Aug. 20 following her first cardiac arrest and later fell into a coma before the second arrest took her life. Deputy Gustavo Barcellos mentioned a potential mix of narcotics and alcohol and said a necropsy would be performed.
Borges, who shared fitness and fashion content with her 30,000+ Instagram followers, is being remembered by her family, who is seeking public donations to return her body to her hometown. They emphasized that any contribution would be helpful during this tough period.
The cause of death hasn’t been officially determined as of this writing.
