Beloved actor and martial arts legend Chuck Norris posted a video celebrating his 84th birthday. And in a 10-second clip, he probably worked out more than some of us will do all week.

Norris, who is a black belt in Tang Soo Do, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and judo, celebrated his birthday on March 10th.

“Ya know, I’m 84 today,” he tells his fans. “But I feel like I’m 48.”

In the video, Chuck beats the stuffing out of a punching bag.

Granted the display was brief, but does anybody doubt for a moment that Chuck Norris could probably still beat the living bejeezus out of people much younger than him?

“Feeling good and staying active! Thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes. God Bless,” he captioned the clip.

I’d also like to note that Norris is three years older than this guy …

Based on that video, we have to respectfully disagree with the legend himself.

Chuck Norris doesn’t feel 48. 48 feels Chuck Norris.

A Different Breed Of Cat

The man is just a different kind of dude. Pretty sure he seasons his steaks with pepper spray.

When Chuck Norris lifts weights, the weights get in better shape.

The Walker, Texas Ranger star’s video is reminiscent of Mike Tyson, who just posted his first training video for an upcoming boxing match.

At the age of 57.

I’m still under 50 and if I did either of those workout videos for even 10 seconds I’d have to hook up an IV of Gatorade to my arm.

Norris has kept a relatively low profile in recent years. But he has teased a couple of movies.

One appears to be titled Agent Recon, which he promoted in a recent Instagram post that included some iconic imagery.

A reminder – the man is 84.

What will you be doing when you hit that age? I’m hoping I’ll be getting sponge baths and having people spoon-feed me pudding at lunchtime. You know, like our President.
