Damar Hamlin

During the peak of his football career, Antonio Brown was one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. But now, as Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin will tell you, things have gotten pretty weird.

Brown hasn’t played since 2021. His final act was a sideling tirade, ripping off his jersey, shoulder pads, gloves, and shirt before running to the locker room. He never played another down in the NFL, but Brown did try getting involved in the National Arena League. However, he never actually played in a game before his contract terminated due to failing to pay his league dues and assorted fines.

While Brown was never able to further build on his football career after becoming a four-time All-Pro in the NFL, he has managed to keep his name in headlines, for better or worse. This time, it’s not a good look, but it’s not even Brown bringing the smoke. This time, it’s Damar Hamlin.

Hamlin rarely has much to say, and he’s not typically the type to go at someone like this. Yet, as we can see, he was clearly irritated by Brown’s actions, bothering him with private messages for “over a year.”

Plus, this is likely what kicked the whole fiasco off.

Ever since Damar Hamlin responded, Antonio Brown hasn’t been able to stop attacking him in various ways on social media, posting various memes related to the Bills safety. His timeline is… unique.
