Bronny James demonstrated his laser-like focus during a recent game against the Denver Nuggets when he took time to address a heckler in the stands by mocking his gold chain.

James’ Los Angeles Lakers would go on to lose the game 132-126, but at least Bronny got to mock some random dude in the crowd.

As the man continually yelled his name, the younger James calmly looked at him and mouthed, “Your chain fake.”

Incidentally, it was the Lakers fourth consecutive loss at the time. Bronny may or may not know that.

Bronny James Nails Heckler

To be sure, the man’s chain is most likely fake. And Bronny James nailing a heckler would be funny if, say, he wasn’t his father’s Make-a-Wish project and was granted a four-year guaranteed contract for millions despite lacking any tangible skills on the hardwood.

Yes, Bronny, you can afford a real chain with your money; we get it.

Aside from clearly not paying attention to the game itself, James contributed 5 points to the cause on a night in which he was shooting lights out compared to his usual effort. He went 1-5 from the floor.

Bronny is now averaging a staggering 1.6 points per game on 25% shooting from the floor. But don’t tell the Lakers that. They think they got a steal in the second round of last year’s draft.

Even Stephen A. Smith Knows He Ain’t NBA Material

How bad has the Bronny James experiment been? It’s so bad, he’s even got Stephen A. Smith out here sounding like he knows what he’s talking about.

“I am pleading with LeBron James as a father: stop this. Stop this,” Smith said on First Take several weeks back. “We all know that Bronny James is in the NBA because of his dad.”

LeBron James had to come to his son’s rescue by angrily confronting Smith on the court and demanding he stop talking about little Bronny.

Smith has since gone on a media tour to blast LeBron, referring to the on-court showdown as “bulls—” and slammed James as “weak” over his actions. He is correct on both fronts.

Bronny James is bad at basketball. Come to think of it, that heckler in the stands could probably shoot better from the floor on any given night.

But hey, man, at least he’s got some real chains, amirite?
