UFC Commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan is doubling down in his defense of women’s sports, saying on a recent episode of his show that the left wing effort to silence female athletes critical of including biological men in their competitions is “forced compliance.”

In conversation with rapper and mogul Ice Cube, Rogan brought up the topic saying that injecting “transgender” athletes into women’s sports is wholeheartedly illegitimate and should be pushed back against.

“You’ve forced to comply with this,” Rogan stated. “And it’s fucking up women’s sports in a huge way. Some organizations are pushing back hard against that, and some people are pushing back against the organizations that are pushing back against it, which to me is insane. If you care about biological women, you should be against that.”

Ice Cube mentioned the ludicrous nature of the whole argument for men competing against women in women’s leagues, using the example that theoretically if NBA legend LeBron James were to retire from men’s basketball today and say he was a woman tomorrow, he could walk into the WNBA and completely dominate his female competition.

“They wouldn’t be able to stop it if he just decided to say publicly, ‘I identify as a woman,'” added Rogan. “What are they gonna do? They can’t do anything, and then that would be the end.”

“Just f***ing stop,” he continued. “There’s a reason why there’s women’s sports, and there’s a reason why there’s men’s sports.”

A growing number of high-profile women, including former NCAA swimming champion Riley Gaines and women’s cyclist champion Inga Thompson, are speaking out against men participating in women’s sports. Notable figures like Caitlyn Jenner, J.K. Rowling, and Martina Navratilova also join the conversation, expressing concerns about men claiming to be women and competing in women’s sports.
