Out of all the fan bases in the NFL, Raiders Nation has sort of a, well… reputation. From the Black Hole to the bleachers, you can almost expect the Silver & Black Attack to invoke the most emotional of responses from their loyal followers. And every now and then? It gets out of hand. Like this Sunday, when female Raiders fans decided to engage in some extracurricular combat in the stands at SoFi Stadium.

With Vegas in town to take on the Chargers, it was another match-up in an AFW West rivalry that has raged for years. With the two teams once having shared the same state and having both occupied LA in different eras, it’s almost like a ‘turf war on turf.’ Neither side (or sex) wants to give an inch on the battleground.
It’s not clear what started the fight, although, with Raiders fans, you don’t really need a reason. Just a few thousand people and a whole lot of beer.
In a video that went viral, two women exchange open-handed slaps and close-fisted punches. Eventually, a third woman jumped in and helped one of the two take out the other. It was quick and brutal and had people yapping about it on the internet and even received local news coverage.

It has not been verified if any of the stormy combatants received treatment for injuries or if either woman received discipline from the police or stadium authorities.
Although it’s not clear who won on the scorecard in the stands, the result on the field didn’t go Las Vegas’ way. The Chargers beat the Raiders 24-17.
