Dana White speaking

If you paid to watch the Prime Card on DAZN a few months ago, you can’t say you didn’t get a show for your money. Sure, it was a clown show for sure, but who actually thought Dillon Danis was actually going to end up getting the entire night’s security detail to rush the stage to separate him from opponent Logan Paul? Well, one very important person in the fight game was watching it with many of you as well, and he certainly wasn’t impressed.

The man in question is no other than UFC president Dana White, who has made it very, very clear he has no intention of bringing Danis into the fold despite the former Bellator fighter’s previous interest in jumping into the famed UFC octagon.

When asked on a recent episode of the Full Send podcast, White doubled down with how disgusted he was by Danis’ recent antics.

“The other thing with him is, and I have no beef with the kid at all,” said White, “I’ve probably said two words to him in my whole life. But every time he’s around, sh*t’s going down.

“We can’t have that stuff going on here. A lot of people will see when guys get into it on stage or something starts to happen, they’re like oh, they must love this or whatever. No. No, we don’t love it. We don’t need that shit to sell fights. It’s our job to keep that sh– under control.

“That’s why when you see these other events with these guys and everything breaks out like that, it’s a f—-g. Total unprofessional clown show.”

It currently appears he doesn’t have to worry about Dillon asking to get involved any longer, since just over a week ago, Danis posted to X that “I’m done with fighting,” but when you look at who you’re dealing with, don’t hold your breath if he plans a big comeback anytime soon.

No one can blame him for being consistent though, since Danis also previously mentioned on his latest MMA Hour appearance that’d he’d rather retire than even step into the lower-tiered Dana White’s Contender Series. So, maybe he is being serious, but only time will tell.
