Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott went on the offensive against a woman he claims attempted to extort him using an allegedly false sexual assault accusation against him.

According to the lawsuit filed by Prescott, the incident is alleged to have occurred in early 2017.

Prescott received a letter from Arlington, Texas, attorneys Bethel and Yoel Zehaie on behalf of a woman accusing the NFL player of sexually assaulting her in the back of an SUV.

The Cowboys player’s lawyer called the claims “completely fabricated.”

Prescott is suing for an amount in excess of $1 million which will be donated to charity.

Dak Prescott Sues Woman, Claims She Extorted Him For Money By Fabricating Sexual Assault

The letter from the woman and her legal team is remarkable in that she tells Prescott that she is willing to forget the whole thing if she pays him roughly eleventy billion dollars.

Well, almost that much.

“Despite the tragic events, she is willing to forego pursuing criminal charges, along with disclosing this information to the public, in exchange for compensating her for the mental anguish she has suffered,” the letter states.

They later noted that “damages are valued at the sum of $100,000,000.00.”

Look, I’m not going to completely dismiss this woman’s claims because I have no knowledge of what took place between these two people back in 2017 – if anything at all.

But I can say, nothing quite says legitimate trauma like saying, ‘I’ll forget this ever happened if you give me more money than Dr. Evil ever dreamed of.’

Woman’s Lawyer Fires Back

Dak Prescott’s lawyers insist their client never engaged in any nonconsensual activity.

“To be clear, Mr. Prescott has never engaged in any nonconsensual, sexual conduct with anyone. Lies hurt. Especially, malicious lies,” his legal team wrote in a statement. “We will not allow the Defendant and her legal team to profit from this attempt to extort millions from Mr. Prescott.”

While it appears Dak Prescott and his team are ready to prove that this woman’s claims are false, her lawyer isn’t exactly backing down. In fact, Zehaie upped the ante with a statement to the Daily Mail.

“Dak is a rapist,” her attorney said.

More troubling is that they claim to have others who will come forward with similar accusations.

“Our story will be heard. Our client is making a police report today in Dallas for aggravated sexual assault. More women have reached out to us saying they want to come forward. We are filing our own lawsuit as well.”

It’s difficult to determine the legitimacy of those other accusations as they are provided by a lawyer already being accused of making false claims.

It’s obviously shocking to see Dak’s name crop up in a story like this. The shock will be through the roof if he is found guilty of what he’s being accused of.

But if the allegations are proven false, this woman will pay more than $1 million to charity.

Only time will tell.
